The Wildkin Back-to-School Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is governed by these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

Sponsor's computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States territories and possessions, and locations outside the United States are not eligible to enter.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and other companies involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter.

For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family members" means a spouse, domestic partner, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where they live. People living in the same household as an otherwise ineligible person are also not eligible, whether or not they are related.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Wildkin Back-to-School Sweepstakes landing page at: [INSERT SWEEPSTAKES LANDING-PAGE URL]

Complete and submit the official online entry form by providing the requested information, including a valid email address.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

An entrant must provide complete and accurate information. Entries containing false, incomplete, invalid, or inaccurate information may be disqualified.

Entry Limit. There is a limit of one entry per person and one entry per email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

An entrant may not use multiple names, identities, email addresses, accounts, devices, automated systems, or other methods to submit more than one entry.

Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. If more than one person uses the same email address to enter, only the first eligible entry received using that email address may be accepted.

Any attempt to obtain more than one entry through multiple or duplicate email addresses, identities, registrations, automated entry services, bots, scripts, macros, or other improper methods may result in the disqualification of all entries associated with that entrant.

Normal internet-access and data charges imposed by an entrant's internet or mobile service provider may apply and are the entrant's responsibility.

Proof of submitting an entry is not proof that Sponsor received the entry.

5. Email Communications

By submitting the entry form, an entrant agrees to receive promotional and marketing emails from Wildkin at the email address provided.

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in an email. Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate the entry or reduce the entrant's chance of winning.

Entrants are responsible for keeping access to the email address used to enter through the completion of the winner-verification process.

Email consent is not a purchase, and no purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

6. Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize. One grand-prize winner will receive: one $500 Wildkin.com digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: $500.

Runner-Up Prizes. Two runner-up winners will each receive: one $100 Wildkin.com digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value of each Runner-Up Prize: $100.

Total Prize Value. The total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $700.

Gift cards may be used to purchase eligible merchandise available at Wildkin.com and are subject to Wildkin's applicable gift-card terms and conditions.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift cards may not be resold, transferred, replaced if lost or stolen, or used to purchase other gift cards unless Sponsor expressly permits otherwise.

Merchandise availability is not guaranteed. Any product images shown in Sweepstakes advertising are illustrative only. Winners are not guaranteed the availability of any particular product, pattern, color, style, or size.

Any purchase amount exceeding the value of the gift card is the winner's responsibility. Any unused gift-card balance will remain subject to the applicable Wildkin gift-card terms.

Prizes are not transferable or assignable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion or where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

A winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 8, 2026, Sponsor or an independent administrator designated by Sponsor will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The first eligible entry selected will be the potential grand-prize winner. The next two eligible entries selected will be the potential runner-up winners.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

A person may win only one prize in the Sweepstakes.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified on or about September 8, 2026, using the email address submitted with their entry.

Each potential winner must respond to the notification and provide any requested information within five calendar days after the notification is sent, unless Sponsor specifies a different deadline in the notification.

Entrants should monitor their email inboxes, spam folders, junk folders, and promotional folders after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner's failure to receive or see a notification because of spam filtering, privacy settings, an inactive email account, an incorrect email address, technical problems, or any other reason.

As a condition of receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability and publicity release, a tax form, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

A potential winner may be disqualified if the potential winner:

  • Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
  • Does not respond within the required period;
  • Cannot be contacted using the information provided;
  • Does not provide requested verification or documentation;
  • Does not comply with these Official Rules;
  • Declines the prize;
  • Provides false or misleading information; or
  • Is otherwise determined to be ineligible.

If a potential winner is disqualified or fails to claim a prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may continue selecting alternate potential winners until the prize is awarded or until Sponsor determines that awarding the prize is no longer practicable.

A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor verifies the person's eligibility and confirms that all Sweepstakes requirements have been satisfied.

Prizes will be delivered electronically to the verified winners' email addresses within approximately four to six weeks after verification, unless otherwise communicated by Sponsor.

9. Verification of Entries

All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.

Sponsor may require an entrant to provide proof that the entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.

The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the email address by an internet-access provider, online service provider, email provider, employer, educational institution, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry may be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry, subject to Sponsor's verification.

A potential winner may be required to provide identification or other proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Entrants may not:

  • Submit entries using automated entry systems, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or similar technologies;
  • Use multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, or devices to circumvent the entry limit;
  • Tamper with or attempt to interfere with the entry process, Sweepstakes website, or operation of the Sweepstakes;
  • Provide false, fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information;
  • Act in violation of these Official Rules or applicable law;
  • Interfere with another person's participation;
  • Obtain entries through fraudulent or inappropriate means; or
  • Engage in conduct that Sponsor determines threatens the fairness, integrity, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor reasonably believes violates these Official Rules.

CAUTION: Any deliberate attempt to damage a website, interfere with the Sweepstakes, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any responsible person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, human error, unauthorized intervention, equipment failure, network failure, a public-health emergency, natural disaster, government action, or any other event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects the administration, security, integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select the winners in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the event that caused the termination, provided that doing so is fair, practicable, and legally permissible.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

If Sweepstakes advertising, promotional materials, the landing page, entry form, or other communications conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control.

Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical, administrative, or printing errors in Sweepstakes materials, provided that a correction does not materially and unfairly disadvantage entrants.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;
  • Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss, or redemption of a prize;
  • Incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
  • Technical, hardware, software, network, internet, website, email, or communication failures;
  • Entries or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, inaccessible, or not received;
  • Unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
  • Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries;
  • An entrant's failure to comply with these Official Rules; or
  • Any other Sweepstakes-related activity.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be released or limited.

Sponsor is not responsible for damage to an entrant's computer, mobile device, or other equipment caused by accessing the Sweepstakes website or participating in the Sweepstakes.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, promotional, and administrative purposes in any media without additional notice, approval, or compensation.

Where legally required, Sponsor will obtain a separate publicity release before making such use.

14. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules and Wildkin's Privacy Policy.

Wildkin's Privacy Policy is available at Wildkin.com.

Sponsor may use entry information to:

  • Administer the Sweepstakes;
  • Verify eligibility;
  • Contact and verify potential winners;
  • Award and deliver prizes;
  • Prevent fraud and abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations; and
  • Send marketing communications as disclosed on the entry form.

Sponsor may share information with service providers and other parties as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify winners, deliver prizes, comply with law, or protect Sponsor's rights.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, an entrant and Sponsor agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Subject to applicable law and any binding dispute-resolution terms that otherwise apply between the entrant and Sponsor, any legal action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Any legal proceeding that is not subject to binding arbitration must be filed in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving Davidson County, Tennessee, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Claims will be resolved individually;
  • An entrant may recover only actual out-of-pocket damages, if any;
  • An entrant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or multiplied damages; and
  • An entrant waives any right to recover attorneys' fees unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
